NRC CAL – NOV (White)

On July 5, 2001, a Notice of Violation was issued for a violation associated with a White SDP finding involving the motor driven emergency feedwater (EFW) pump. The violation was based on the licensee's failure to promptly identify and correct a significant condition adverse to quality that resulted in the "A" motor driven EFW pump being inoperable for longer than the technical specification allowed outage time.
